Which Microsoft 365 plan should we choose?
That depends on whether your users need web or desktop apps, business email, collaboration and additional security capabilities. We will compare suitable plans and confirm the exact licence, including Teams availability, in your quote.
Can you migrate Gmail or Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We help businesses migrate Gmail and Google Workspace email to Microsoft 365. We assess mailboxes, domains and user requirements, agree the migration method and cut-over plan, and help users get started in the new environment.
Will contacts, calendars and Google Drive files move too?
We confirm the scope before quoting. Email, contacts, calendars and files can require different methods depending on your source accounts. Google Drive and shared-drive migration, permissions and any unsupported items are assessed separately; they are not automatically included in an email-only migration.
How much will our Azure setup cost?
Azure cost depends on your services, region, configuration and usage. We prepare an estimate around your workloads and distinguish recurring cloud charges from implementation and support. An estimate is not a fixed bill or a savings guarantee.
Are migration and ongoing support included in the licence price?
We specify licence or subscription charges, migration, implementation and support separately in your proposal so you can see what is included. Support coverage is agreed for your requirement.
