We’re hiring a Senior Visual Designer to lead our creative output across marketing, digital advertising, and brand identity. This is a core creative role where you’ll work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to build impactful marketing collaterals, performance creatives, and brand visuals that convert eyeballs into actions.

• Design marketing collaterals: brochures, flyers, decks, catalogs, standees, etc.
• Build ad creatives for digital platforms: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Own and evolve the visual brand language of Nexibles.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and sales teams to deliver high-conversion assets.
• Create pitch decks, case study layouts, packaging concepts, and social content.
• Maintain a scalable design system with templates and brand assets.
• Participate in brainstorming, campaign planning, and design reviews.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Solid command over Figma for collaborative design workflows.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
• Experience with digital marketing creatives and performance campaigns.
• Ability to balance speed with quality and execute across formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in brand execution.

• Motion design skills (After Effects or Canva animations).
• Understanding of print production, dielines, and CMYK specs.
• Experience with packaging, FMCG, or D2C brand campaigns.
• Photography or art direction experience is a bonus.

• 4–6 years of design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or similar.
